To Reg

For Reg

Shows go on

On and on

Starting life as a Folly

Bi-gyrating scantifly

Years pass

So does time

In the opposite

Direction

Taking us back

To that land

Before time

Before life

In the slower lane

Is this the end?

My friend

Slowly the man ages

Turning gray

His socks mouldy

Nails sharpen

Thinking back

Fond memories

Following Marcia

John as Jesus

Duggie as God

Those were the days

My friends

Smiling and playing

Games on the couch

We thought they would never end

But not if

Life’s little foibles

Play out eventually

Eyes flitter

Slowly closing

Hearts stop

For a life well lived

Capt. Jack

Did take me home

Tonight

To another world

Another realm

Butterflies drop

From the ceiling rose

Fluttering

Amongst the asbestos

Slowly, hues change

Shapes

Twinning

Like tea

Listening to the sounds of silence

Never, meant as much

As when

You cannot hear them

Touching moist places

Excites

Both butterflies

To rise to the occasion

Languidly stretching

Cocoons drifting

Gossamered in places

Seldom seen

Captain Jack

Take me

Mr Bojangles

I met a man

Who could dance

Old soft shoes

Wriggling his toes

Upon the leaves

Of burning pine

He upped and took himself

Riding the tide

Of life

Mr Bojangles

Mr Bojangles

:et’s dance

One, two, three

One, two, three

Kick

Then he fell to ground

Laid out to rest

Bloody and tarred

Mr Bojangales

Let me take your hand

To rest

I, met a man

Who did the soft shoes

On top of the clouds

He left us that night

Mr Bojangles

Betty

Blubbering

On and on

In a high pitched

Shoe

Waking up in bed

With a wisp of a girl

Playing with herself

So will I

Frills haunting, hairy legs

Tiptoeing along the path

Well trodden

Waiting for mourning

Of a life, passing by

Years of trying

To please

Rancid audiences

Eyedeeology

Eyedeeology

Why is it that most people

Are one-eyed

When it comes

To belief

Black and white

Shades in-between

Have been the basis

Of most fights

Between people and races

We cannot all have right

On our side

At our backs?

Is Eyedeeology always

About religion

Even agnosticsIs

Are Eyedeelogically aligned

Isn’t she?

Many people talk about

Their one true god

For others

Many is more

For me

None is one

Silly

Scepticism

Septics

Paranoiding around, the truth

Believing in nought

But themselves

Plus sciemce

Ideology by a septic, named

Melding with all the rest

Many thruths

To be told

Ologists rely on truth

To tell their own stories

A peaceful Casus Belli

Turn a cube on its end

It is still a cube

Maybe never the same cube

If the world turns

A peaceful ‘casus belli’

Unites us

Until we fall divided

By ideology

RUBIKS restoration

Takes time

Unlike Wisdom

That just is

Wisdom distilled

By the unilateral, destabilising police

Until peaceful collective action

Throws life into disarray

Rubiks messed up cube

Metaphors of a chaotic world

Restored to

Symbolised order

Our collective will

Based on inhereted knowledge [i]

LISPS to traumatise

Just as McCarthy ordained

Intelligence ‘shared’ by all

Until 23 April 2023

Then the world stopped

For some

No more learning

No more knowledge

Inactive intelligence

AI for all Intelligent Arseholes

Inspired by OpenRCP by Fan

Knowledge

An absorbent mind

Soaks up vodka

Like sea urchins

Devouring crabs

Spitting out carapacese

Synapses twist

Turning inside the matrice

Zipping, zapping

Frantisising

Left alone, it reaches

High above the crowds

Hemispheres providing

Dwellings for mere mortals

Turning inside out

Like truth in a tumbler

Many bsided

When wrung out

Mindless

Back when

We started flying

Planes did not have wings

You had to blow into the hole

To make the bloody thing

Then along came Joe

Innovative old fuck

Turned the world upside down

With a joystick between his legs’

Later, flying-by-wire

Took on new meaning

When bombs were downloaded

Designed to kill, maim and hurt

Women and children

Along the cloudiness of night

Peacocks soared above

Breath taking speed

Made it seem worthwhile

Lapping oceans in a bound

Writing AI

From life, for life

Takes time, needing to have lived

Long enough, to grow quills

Takes time, needing ink

From an octopuses puss

Ideas come, and ho

Like, ‘where’s the paper’

Days transpose

Into a binary oblivion

Processing words into sentences

That bind, tighter than good

How words flow

From an alegebramithic miasma

Of the question, not asked

Bali (1977)

BALI (1)

On the back of a bus

With a bunch of lithe girls

Just kids ourselves

Making early moves

Gambling with the man

Atop pleasures delights

Screeching down dark streets

In the middle of the day (2AM)

Island hopping

Into lush petals

Taking care to be careful

Of flagerances

GiGi calls ‘BIG fella yours’

Come with me

On a trip to the zoo

‘You likee’

$1 lobsters at Lennies, no more

$2 for three, the rest are free

It’s not all you get

There’s more out the back

Sunsets rise, as morning is broken

Back to the room

Wisdom has spoken

Back to the city

From which they came

Back to Bali?

No time soon

Science

Science (1)

Believe it or not

Preposterous, paranormal

PseudoScientific piffle

There is only one truth

Owned by scientists
Critical thinkers

Rationalists

Skepticism

Every year de-bunking

Except

Does Science really Have all the answers

This year

Or next

Can it be valid today

But gone tomorrow

But still the truth

Skeptic of the Year

Promoting reason

Bending reason

Like Uri bent the spoons

Science (2)

Affirmation

We are committed

To the application

Of reason and science

We Are humanists

Holders of the only truth

Skeptical of

Untested claims to knowledge

Who tests the tester?

Or is it by negotiation,

Agreement

Or corruption?

Have no respect

For the authority of others

There are always

Contrary authority to be found

Religious, humanists

Paranormality

Scientists predict

Relative to the case of knowledge

At the time their theory

Is debunked

Still,

Absolute truth os ours

Ours alone

Science (3)

Alone

We stand

Holders of the truth

Beholders of life

What if we are wrong

Start again

Re-make the embryo

In our likeness?

Not his

Or hers

Ours

One truth

For some,

Not for all

Only us

Not many

Genocides

Spirit Forces

We came from the sea

Return to earth

In between

Water and Country

Sustain the spirit

Except

Many want more

At the expense of the few

Taking by force

Crushing the spirit

Many stand by

Turning a blind eye

Looking elsewhere

When blood starts to flow

Draining the spirit

Today, from afar

Hell rains down

Crushing us to the ground

Crushing the spirits

Will it ever end

Lust for land and power

Not if we do not

Take a stand

Confronting dark spirits

Driving Force

From beyond time

She had come to the rescue

Of oppressed nations

Fighting to survive

In the face of aggression

Counterfeiting colour and beliefs

Claiming supremacy eugenically:

  • China
  • The Americas
  • India
  • Australia
  • Europe
  • Armenia
  • Rwandah
  • Cambodia
  • Bosnia
  • The Ukraine
  • Lots and lots more

Holocausts, Slavery, Genocides, Crusades, massacres, slaughters, carnage, murder, bloodbaths, butchery, extermination, killings, bloodshed, slaying, destruction, annihilation, devastation, homicides, executions, assassination, Pogroms, eradication, decimation

Driven by:

Race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and religion. Self interest and greed, Power and control. Fear and anxiety.

So many words, so many ways

To take what is not yours

Who was she?

She never existed

Genocide I

You often hear

Of deeds done

To some

Others too

Who do not bear witness

Being scalped

Whilst waiting for the Bison

Ranks high

Genocide II

Within/without

By many

Within

Without respite

Genocide III

By far

Taiping

By Han

Genocide IV

What brings, mainly men

To the brink of castrating

Neighbours, brothers and foe

Perceived near or far

Mostly Country

Belief

Jealousy

Need

Every where

This occurs

Everywhere

On, all Country
shared, stolen

With consent

Consciousness

The Learnings Typhoon

Today’s learnings

Mental artefacts are deficient

Neither comprehensive

In construction or scope

Failing schemas

There is hope

Where is the wisdom

We have lost in knowledge

Where is the knowledge

We have lost in information”

TS Eliot (1934)

Artefacts are spawned by process

Know the boy

Know the man

Knowledge has traditionally

Been conceived

As a two dimensioned progression

In fact it spirals

Gathering truths

As a typhoon

Gathers strength

By the Coriolis

Oscillating between

Process and progeny

Knowledge is not the eye

It is far down the spiral

It is in fact

Singularly helixed

Meaning

Understanding

Harmony?

Inspired by Fogarty – Defence of The Learnings Typhoon (Ph.D), University of New England 2008

Underpinning Harmony

The Sharman sang

Eyeing without seeing

H(ear)ing without ears

Touching without feeling

Sensing without burning or frozen

Pressuring without airing

Paining without hurt

Proprioception without levitating
Balancing above the ground

Hungering when full

Thirsty when sated

Breathing without air

Five senses, eight, twenty-one or 33

Nothing is new

All that is old is new again

Initially instinct

Followed by internalisation

Shared thoughts

Across the ether

Merely the conduit

Mentally constructed

New ages dawn

Lost in the sunlight

Awakenings Inferred

Unslaving us all

LISPING along the path

Truly devoid

Of truth

Shortcutting us all

With glamour

Truth?

Sometimes

But who to judge?

BELIEF

We akk believe

In something

Toast burns

If left too long

Dogs bark

At the night

Rocks groan

When touched by sun

We all believe

In something

Toast is golden

Train the dog

They will settle

Wrapped in the darkness

KIck the rock

Break your toe and covenent

[i] Inherent knowledge is the understanding or awareness that exists within a person or system without the need for explicit learning or external input. It can be instinctive, intuitive, or deeply embedded through experience.

To contextualise inherent knowledge, consider these perspectives:

  • Biological Context: Certain instincts—like a newborn knowing how to suckle—are encoded in our DNA.
  • Philosophical Context: Some thinkers argue that humans possess innate ideas or moral instincts that shape decision-making.
  • Technological Context: AI models, including me, operate on vast amounts of prior training data, giving us a form of inherent knowledge that guides responses.
  • Cultural Context: Traditions and social norms often reflect accumulated inherent knowledge passed down through generations.
