About the bear

The bear and I were born on the same day. Obviously I gave the poor fella a pretty hard time as a kid. I would like to think I have weathered life at least a little better than he.

Ted’s clothes were handmade by one of my lively childhood gurlfriends: Dianne.

The poet aged 3 months

About the poet: Terry is a multi-cultural poet weaving fibs around fronds. Celt, Aboriginal and Scando with undertones of the journeymen. Tempered by hot irons. Unfortunately, also a Toby.

Filtering thoughts can be therapeutic. Normality shies when skies, darken. Coming to grips with wisdom, transcends. Times change. So do people. Sometimes for the better. Being Mindfull is paramount. Keeping frantic cooled.

Terry's insights are drawn from life, Country, people and international travel. He has driven over 2,000,000 klms around and across Australia, visited 75 countries across the world on all continents (except Antartica - as he is prone to sea sickness). Invariably, he will strike up a conversation with someone he encounters, teasing from them oft startling confessions.
